看见水月洞天的照片，真的好像我一个同学，简直是一模一样，看了几次了，还是一样的感觉，可惜事实不是，因为我是韶关学院毕业的，而你是长沙的。你说的很实在，行动是关键，这点我深有感触，因为我之前也试过矫正好过的（自我矫正），我就是通过大量的说话，大量的实践，当时我是做老师的，每天都要说很多的话。只不过后来，我因为住院四个月后，少说话了，超级少了，就又复发了，现在正在矫正的途中，还是自我矫正。我是相信顶呱呱的，可是我也相信自己！相信再过一段时日，经过自已的不断突破和练习，我一定能再次走出来的，谢谢水月洞天！我永远支持你的贴子！
